New roots clinics of new roots hair clinic pvt ltd have no such policy to refund amount once paid.
The advance payment collected is drawn against your date booked for confirmed consultation.
If the patient is willing to not attend the procedure against the date booked he will have to inform concerned manager of new roots clinic a week prior from date of session to perceive next available date.
If patient wants to cancel the therapy the amount paid against advance will not be refunded.
If any patient is unsatisfied with his results the amount will not refunded or no any session of therapy will be done in the previous amount paid.
